Blueberry Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 small handful baby spinach
- 1 cup (220ml) dairy free milk (I used coconut)
- 1 tbsp flaxseed (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in your blender and mix until smooth.
