I launched Blue Sky Eating during lockdown 2020 when, like many others, I found myself with a little extra time on my hands. And what better way to spend it than nurturing my love of cooking, baking and photography? Yes – I took the banana bread phase to a whole new level. Soon, I was fully immersed in the world of food blogging and realising how much I enjoyed the process of documenting and sharing my foodie creations.
Since identifying my own intolerance to gluten a few years ago, I’ve learnt that re-creating free from versions of classic meals and bakes doesn’t actually have to be difficult or disappointing! Here my aim is to share easy-to-follow, tried and tested recipes to help others discover that gluten free eating should never mean compromising on deliciousness.
On the blog you’ll find all of my favourites, from nourishing everyday meals to indulgent desserts. I’m definitely big on balance and enjoying food that makes you feel your best.
